RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION
You may return your product by mail for a refund within 10 days after the date appearing on the original invoice. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returned products must not have been used or worn and must still feature their original labeling. All products must be returned in their original packaging. KOKOALA is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Costs associated with the original shipping or the return may not be claimed from the dealer. However, every return must be pre-approved by KOAKOALA. For products ordered from our website, the amount of the purchase will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase, minus shipping fees, as soon as we receive the product and ascertain its condition.
