Welcome to the KOKOALA web site. Although we have taken all necessary steps to check the accuracy of the information on our web site, we do not guarantee that the information or any elements contained therein are fully up-to-date and error-free. KOKOALA assumes no responsibility for any errors in the content of its web site, such as for example, product descriptions, price and availability.

SALES
The sale of a product you wish to order through our web site will only take effect when you have completed the ordering process and the payment of the sale. The price is the one shown on the website for the product at the time your order is processed. Federal and provincial sales taxes are added on to the price. Payment of a product is possible by Visa or Master Card by PayPal, the secure payment system.

If the product ordered is not available for shipping, KOKOALA will notify you by email. You will then have the choice between: i) cancelling the sale, in which case KOKOALA will reimburse the price paid in full or ii) substituting the item.

SECURITY AND PAYMENT
Personal information received via e-mail will be shared only with the KOKOALA staff to fulfil your order for products and services. We will not share your e-mail address or any other personal information to a third party without your permission.

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Products ordered will be delivered to the address you provide by Canada Post or private courier. KOKOALA will not be liable for delivery problems, or any resulting injury or damage, direct or indirect, which may be encountered as a result. No delivery will be made to a post office box.

Shipping rate is 6$ on every order, regardless the number of items. Shipping is free on orders over 120$, before applicable taxes. Delays are 1 to 7 business days, depending on the region where the delivery is made within the province of Quebec.

When you order, a KOKOALA confirmation e-mail will be sent within 24 hours to the e-mail address provided at time of purchase. To receive this e-mail, you must have paid your purchase via the PayPal website and previously received a confirmation from them. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us at service@kokoala.com. Items are subject to availability, and stocks are not guaranteed at the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the description of products, price and all billing information and, as required, for the correction of any error or inaccuracy. If unable to correct, promptly notify KOKOALA by e-mail at service@kokoala.com.

In addition, you declare that any personal information transmitted to KOKOALA for billing purposes in completing your purchase is correct. You signify and warrant also that you are the rightful owner of the credit card used to pay the sale price and taxes on the products purchased.

We recommend you print a copy of the confirmation e-mail to make sure the information provided in the purchase confirmation message is correct and check your order once more.

Ownership AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The products you purchase on the KOKOALA web site will be delivered either by Canada Post or by private carrier, both of which are entirely independent of KOKOALA.

WARRANTY
Our products come with a one (1) year warranty. The warranty covers the repair costs on manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year after the original purchase from a KOKOALA’s authorised dealer. 

RETURN POLICY AND ORDER CANCELLATION

You may return your product by mail for a refund within 30 days after the date appearing on the original invoice. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returned products must not have been used or worn and must still feature their original labeling. All products must be returned in their original packaging. KOKOALA is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transport. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Costs associated with the original shipping or the return may not be claimed from the dealer. However, every return must be pre-approved by KOAKOALA.  For products ordered from our website, the amount of the purchase will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase, minus shipping fees, as soon as we receive the product and ascertain its condition.

 If you have received a defective product from an online order and only notice the problem after using the product, within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service.

This web site belongs to KOKOALA. Although the information, material and products described in this web site are regularly updated, KOKOALA cannot guarantee that the information and products are actually up-to-date, accurate, complete, or error-free. Such information and products are subject to change without notice. In addition, KOKOALA cannot be held liable for any damages of any kind regarding the use or the inability to use the products, any delays in delivery or in case of short deliveries.

This agreement shall be deemed to have been executed in the Province of Quebec and you hereby agree and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial courts, situated in and for the district of Montreal for any conflict.
